ONE TIME HIGH DOSE RADIATION
I was not “available”/conscience for about 3 hours. One radioactive seed was inserted 18 times to cover 22 areas. The seed was held in place from about 0.6 sec to 1.2 sec. I failed to photograph my body that had some blue in the lower abdomen area. Here is a figure showing the arrangement for HDR, high dose radiation, treatment:

AFTER EFFECTS
The HDR Brachytherapy had about a year of “sensitivity” when urinating, especially in the first week/two weeks. An extreme but very short-term, one or two second, pain upon ejaculation that lasted 5 or more years.
The external beam was not much of an issue until the last couple of weeks of treatment. And the last week it sucked the strength out of me like I had never felt before. This was different than overexerting. It was different than how the flu could drain me. It was unique, maybe the opposite of floating on water.
